Railcraft Payment and Ordering Methods

We have had to increase our prices as production costs have increased and our list price list increase was 2013.

The new price list is current as of 15 May 2016

All items are guaranteed and if found defective or are incorrectly supplied we can replace free of charge.  All items found defective should be returned to us an if the defect is confirmed the item will be replaced.  We will not be liable for any form of compensation for labour or any other expenditure.  No warranty is given on any product that has been used for passenger haulage.

 Orders

Orders may be sent by post, email or telephone.  We will try to be prompt with orders, but if there are out of stocks or expected long delays, we will contact you. Production is also around Gregg's employment which is anywhere from a normal 38 hour week to 80 hours.  There may be short delays during school holiday periods, with no orders being processed from Christmas through to the end of January.  Adverse Weather also affects production, temperatures over around 30 degrees or high rainfall means that casting cannot be done. 

Pricing & Payment

Prices quoted on the date of the catalogue or website are correct, but Railcraft reserves the right to adjust prices without notice should the necessity arise.  All prices are quoted in $.AUST with GST inclusive.  We accept cash, cheque,money order or Paypal.  Items will only be dispatched once cheques have cleared.  Money orders and Cheques need to be made out to Railcraft.   We have recently signed up with Paypal.  Once your order has been placed and we have completed it ready for post, we will send you an email with the Paypal instructions

Loss/ Damage/ Missing Items

Advise within 7 working days of items lost, stolen, damaged or missing in transit, so that the necessary action can be taken.  Any damaged items are to be returned. 

Postage

Orders will be sent through Australia Post.  Postage & Handling for Australia is :

Postage & Handling is at current Australia Post Pricing at the time of dispatch. There may be additional charges for larger  orders and orders of Metal Products (due to the extra weight). Items such as the HG Kit and RU Wheat Wagon we prefer not to post as the charges start around $50 as they are charged for the cubic volume rate and not on their weight.

Parcels can be registered for an additonal fee.

Any overseas orders will be sent Registered Post with Receipted Delivery at the rate charged by Australia Post.  All import duties and taxes incurred on delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
